We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, we do set aside enough time for our staff to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to the time of your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. A $25.00 No Show/Cancellation Fee will be applied to your account and will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment.
